短短四十二秒的主题歌《为你，我会在那里》借助热播情景剧《Friends》让两人组合的“伦勃朗”乐队（The Rembrandts）一夜成名。易上口的旋律、简单的节奏让这支曲子连续8周占据公告牌电台播放榜首。歌词也写得挺逗的，像这部200多集的连续剧一样实实在在——没有人告诉你，生活会是这样：你工作无趣，你袋里没钱，你的爱情总是昙花一现；妈妈警告过你，会有这样的日子但她没有告诉你，世界将让你屈服。但是，别怕，有我在你身边，谁让我们是friends呢……

在搜索专辑封面的时候，看到了很多温馨的画面，然而想到这部带给我们无数笑声的剧集已经曲终人散，总是让人觉得不胜唏嘘……
不管怎么说，天下没有不散的宴席，但6位无论戏内戏外都是好友的优秀演员所带给我们的欢乐将永远留在观众的心目中，而剧中的音乐也能带给我们许多的美好回忆。《Friends》走过了整整10年，剧中的音乐同样也反映了美国流行音乐的10年历程，我个人认为就收藏价值而言，这张专辑几乎可以和Forrest Gump的原声大碟比肩。
